Description
Grant by Roger Leye, with the assent and consent of Matilda his wife, to Henry son of William of Beggeworth, of a messuage and appurtenances which John King ('Rex') holds of the grantors. Also half a virgate of land which Eleanor, former wife of William of Beggeworth, in the territory of Chesterton, holds 'in pura viduetate' for homage and service. Payment of 5 marks and annual rent of one pound of cumin. Henry has right to assign, except to religious houses .
