Mason Family; Lease and Release to Leade to Recovery, Loach to Mason

Lease and release to the uses of a recovery between William Loach of Warwick, grocer, son of William Loach late of Stratford upon Avon, glover, deceased on the first part and Nathaniel Mason of Stratford upon Avon on the second part and Thomas Mason of New Inn, Middlesex, gentleman on the third part. Property: messuage in Wood Street now in the occupaton of John Sorrell, messuage and three yard lands in Harbury now in the occupation of Henry Harley, Salmon Tail and the Salmon Jole now in the occupaton of Sir William Keyte, Bt. Note: Lease and release to create Nathaniel Mason tenant of the freehold so that recovery may be suffered against him. Thomas Mason before the end of Hilary Term to sceure a warrant against Nathaniel Mason in respect of two messuages, four gardens, fifty acres of land, thirty acres of meadow, thirty acres of pasture in Old Stratford and Harbury. Nathaniel Mason to vouch warranty for William Loach who will in his turn vouch the common vouchee so that judgement may be given in favour of the said Nathaniel Mason, the intent being that Thomas Mason shall stand seized of the premises.
