Will of Thomas Mason of the Inner Temple, London. The bequests regarding the land owned are as follows: 1. Newly purchased orchard to be walled with hansome gates, pillars and stone walls at the east end. 2. Appoints trustees, Robert Hunt of Feckenham, Worcestershire, gentleman and Simon Hall of Droiitwich, Worcestershire of all real estate and residual personal. During the minority of his kinsmen John Mason who is the son of John Mason, late of Bromsgrove,deceased, who was the son of Daniel Mason of the same deceased, who was decended of the Masons of Birlington, Worcestershire, which father of the said Thomas believed to be head branch of his family. Trusts: Remnant to be applied to the education of John Mason until the age of 21 (they taking their just expenses) then [in trust] to John Mason for life, his wife for life as jointure. Subject to use of the first son of John Mason lawfully begotton and heirs male. Provided that each devisee shall be a member of the Established Church when he inherits.
