Grant by Amice/Avice former wife of Robert T[ms damaged] and Nicholas Venor ('Venatoris'), 'in pura viduetate' ------ to Joan her daughter, of one messuage in the vill of Kingston, which ---- on one side, and messuage of --- daughter of Hugh King on the other; also 4 acres of arable land in the open fields, of which half and acre lies on 'Spruteslonde' towards Lighthorne; half and acre on the Natelonde beside land of John son of Simon; half and acre on the -anlonde, beside land of the said John; 1 rood of land on a certain furlong called 'Le Swynesty'; half an acre in the field towards Ichington on the 'Peselonde' and (interitor) towards Harbury; half an acre lying on 'Le Nenbreg'; 1 half acre lying on 'Stretforlonge' beside the land of the lord Nicholas Seymour; 2 roods lying on the same furlong, which lies on the headland of the said lord Nicholas Seymour; and 1 rood on the Dutine Witnesses: Gilbert Harper of Chesterton; Richard Thedryth of the same place; Nicholas Venur of Lighthorne; John Freeman of the same; John son of Simon of Kingston.
