Grant by Roger Leye and Matlida his wife to William Leye, son of Sir Thomas Leye of Kingston ,and Margery his wife, and the heirs of William, of Roger Kyng, their serf, with all his family and chattels, one messuage and one virgate of land with all their appurtenances and liberties in Kingston. Which said Roger Kyng and his goods, together with messuage and lands is held by Philippa, widow of Robert Begeworth, as dower. To hold the same Roger, messuage and lands of the chief lord of the fee for services due and accustomed. Warranty clause.
