Grant and quitclaim by Alice, widow of Philip Aylnestone of Chesterton to William Fernesham and Alice his wife, their heirs and assigns, of messuage with appurtenances lying next to grantor's chief messuage in Chesterton, held in fee from the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, together with all that virgate of land with appurtenances which Henry Myll, grantor's father, formerly held in Chesterton, by grant of Sir Richard Loges, knight, formerly lord of Chesterton, and hwich she holds by gift of her late husband Philip [?dower] Witnesses: Sir Thomas Pipe, rector of Ashow (Asshisho); William Leye; Robert Harper; Richard Sowe (Souwe) of Chesterton; Simon Syemour of the same;
