Description

Deed of exchange between the Stratford-upon-Avon Corporation and Thomas Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, whereby the Corporation convey to Hunt a piece of land with stabling etc erected thereon in Scholars Lane, Stratford-upon-Avon, now in the tenure of Thomas Hunt (coloured pink on engrossed plan) in exchange for a piece of adjoining land in Scholars Lane, with two cottages and other buildings built thereon, in the tenures of Mrs Clark, [blank] and Frederick Tompkins (coloured blue on the engrossed plan)
