Description

Conveyance from John Broom, late of Stratford-upon-Avon and now of Bedworth, woolcomber (eldest son John Broom, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, weaver, and grandson of Joseph Broom of the same, weaver) and Ann his wife, to Charles Stevens of the same, tailor, for £35, of a messuage in Rother Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, late in the tenure of Sarah Broom, widow, and now of Robert Biddle, standing between the property late of Thomas Gunn on the north and the house of Richard Lord on the south; which said messuage by deed of 13/15 October 1733 was conveyed from John Champney and Elizabeth his wife (only child of Joseph Broom late of Stratford, labourer, and his wife, Elizabeth) to Joseph Broom (grandfather of John Broom party hereto) and devised by him to the said John Broom
