Assignment of Trust between Lady Alicia Dudley of the one part; and Christopher 3rd son of Thomas lord Leigh, Sir Justinian Isham of Lampcot co.Nthts, kt and bt, and Sir William Coney of St Andrew's Holborne, of the other part; citing a grant of 25 April 1642, between William Brode of Bidford Grange, Frances his wife and Francis their son, demising to Thomas Nash of Stratford upon Avon, the farm of Barton parcell of the manor of Bidford together with lands called `the Shallowes' and `Moores' etc. which is now assigned to Christopher, Justinian,and William. who lease to Jane Hughes .
