Hants.) to John Conyers of the Middle Temple, London, esq., for £5000, of the manor of Maxstoke, with lands in Maxstoke, Shustoke, Bentley and Fillongley, and the manor of Nosterfield, co. Cambs., mortgaged by Edward Lord Leigh to Thomas Wentworth on 9 March 1708, to raise part of the marriage portion due to Anne, eldest daughter of Thomas Lord Leigh, deceased, under a settlement of 5 September 1705.
