Description

Report by the land agent James Webb on behalf of Greaves and Beman regarding their case against the Worcester and Wolverhampton Railway Company. The report concerns the ground rents taken by the Railway Company from all persons building upon their lands and their taking posession of all buildings upon giving twelve months notice and giving a marketable value for the lands. Also includes an answer to the report from the court of chancery.
