Counterpart Lease from William Vyner, servant to the Honourable Sir Foulke Grevill, Knight Chancellor of H. M. Exchequer to Edward Andrewes and Edward Saunders of Warwick, gentlemen, of the house in Warwick in which he then dwelt with all lands enjoyed therewith except a meadow called Burgess acre lying in Barford meadow and to the said house appertaining for a term of 3 years following after the feast of John the Baptist next ensuing at a yearly rent of £4. Attached a note of the Household stuffe and implements in the said house at the date of these presents. Signed: Edward Andrews and Edward Saunders (latter signature damaged). Seals missing.
