Assignment of a Mortgage from William Moody of Warwick, gentleman at the direction of William Birch of Warwick aforesaid, weaver and Elizabeth, his wife (widow of Robert Beesley theretofore of Warwick, weaver deceased and only daughter and child of Thomas Thinn late of Warwick, yeoman deceased) John Beesley of Warwick, tailor (son and heir and only surviving child of the said Elizabeth by Robert Beesley deceased) to John Southam of Warwick, brazier, on a messuage in West Street and garden thereto belonging (created by demise of a term of 500 years by Robert Beesley and Elizabeth, his wife to William Hirons of Warwick, glazier dated the 26th. March 1730), in consideration of £5 paid by John Southam to William Birch, Elizabeth Birch and John Beesley, and of £45 paid by John Southam to William Moody. Signed by all the parties. Seals of red wax a lion rampant crowned. Witnesses: W. Wilson and John Muddiman.
