Lease: Honeybourne

Description

Lease from Sir Paul Tracey of Stanway in the County of Gloucester, baronet and Walter Savage of Broadway in the County of Worcester to Matthew Bagge of Honeybourne, husbandman, of two parts and a half part, into 24 parts to be divided, of these three parts in four parts to be divided of a cottage then lately erected in Honeybourne by the tenants of the Manor theretofore in the tenure of Phillip Bach and two parts and a half part in 24 parts to be divided, of these three parts in four parts to be divided of all those meadows etc. lying in Honeybourne called, the little Leasowe, the Court Leaze, the Shorte Leaze with the meases and hade leyes thereto belonging, the Fursen leyes with two arable lands thereto belonging, the Ham meadow, Smallthorne meadow Riffham with certain meases and filses therein and the acres leaze between the Town of Honeybourne and Bretforton fields with the hade leys thereto belonging with all appurtenances and all those three parts in 24 parts to be divided of 3 parts in 4 parts to be divided of a great barn with appurtenances in Honeybourne for a term of 4976 years from the 25th.
