Description

Lease from Thomas Vyner and Samuel Morre, Citizens and goldsmiths of London (Executors of the Will of William Vyner thertetofore of Warwick,gentleman deceased) to Francis Eades of Warwick, gentleman of a messuage with appurtenances in a Street called High Pavement [High Street] in Warwick near the common well there, together with one acre of ground called Burgesse Acre in Barford Meadow and with the said messuage usually demised together with all appurtenances theretofore occupied by William Vyner and to him demised by the Bailiff and Burgesses of Warwick for a term of years then unexpired also a parcel of land in Warwick called the Storeyard between a garden called the Hospitall garden on the West, containing in length 19 and 1/2 yards on that part and lying between the land of Samuel Burton Clarke deceased late Master of the hospital in Warwick on the East part containing on that side 21 yards in length, and lying between the lands of Robert Morrell on the North part and being in length on that side 21 yards, and lying between the land of the Bailiff and Burgesses of Warwick on the South containing in breadth on that side 14 yards and theretofore in the tenure of William Vyner and to him demised by Sir Thomas Puckering Knight and Baronet deceased for a term of years then unexpired, for a term of 10 years then following at a yearly rent of £10.
