Counterpart of a Lease from the Right Honourable Thomas, Lord Viscount Weymouth, Baron Thynne of Warminster, Lord of the Manor of Buckland and Laverton to William Paine of Buckland, labourer of a cottage in Buckland opposite the Churchyard gate with garden ground containing 20 perches then in the occupation of William Paine all timber c excepted, for a term of 99 years if William Paine, Ann Paine and Mary Paine (daughters of William Paine), or any of them should so long live, at a yearly rent of 1/-, a heriot upon the dropping of any of the said lives of 1/- and Suit of Court.
