Counterpart of a Lease from the Most Honourable Marquis of Bath, Viscount Weymouth, Baron Thynne of Warminster to James Rogers of Buckland, stone mason, of a dwelling house and garden adjoining containing half an acre situate in Buckland and theretofore in the possession of William Savage and then of James Rogers, except mines quarries and timber, for a term of 99 years then following if James Rogers (then aged 35 years), Richard Rogers (then aged 24 years) and William Rogers then aged 22 years (brothers of the said James Rogers) or any of them should so long live ,at a yearly rent of 15/- also the sum of 15/- as a heriot upon the dropping of any of the said lives and Suit of Court.
