Portion of a Lease from Thomas Phillipps of Middle Hill Worcs., esquire to Samuel Radford of Buckland, farmer, of a messuage with appurtenances in Buckland then in the tenure of Samuel Radford and a piece of pasture adjoining the house containing 8 acres 1 rood and 15 perches, also a new planted orchard containing 4a-3r-19p, another orchard containing 1a-2r-19p and meadows called Upper Moor Meadow (9a-0r-20p), Middle Moor Meadow (13a-3r-38p), Lower Moor Meadow (28a-1r-36p); piece of arable called Ham corner (26a-0r-3p), Middle Plowed Piece (25a-0r-9p), Upper Plowed Piece (29a-2r-36p), also Pasture called The Fourteen Acres adjoining Moor Meadow (14a-1r-15p), the Great Pasture (32a-2r-28p), the Eight Acres or Long Pen (8a-3r-5p), the Thirteen Acres (13a-0r-36p) also pieces of arable called the Twenty Acres next the House (20a-3r-17p) The Twenty one Acres next Mr. Wynniatts Lower Allotment (21a-2r-30p) all which closes, including the Little Brake of Thorns contained 256a-3r-0p and lay in the Parish of Buckland and were in the occupation of Samuel Radford.
