Assignment and Counterpart by Francis Phipps of Kenilworth, gentleman to Francis Walsted of the Middle Temple, esquire of the premises described in ER3/2938 ER3/2939 (Sir Thomas Chamberlaine and John Woodward theretofore Trustees being dead), together with other chattels therein specified upon Trust for the said Francis and Katherine Phipps for their lives with remainder over.
