Copy of a Fine levied in the Court of Westminster, Easter Term 1776, before William de Gray, Henry Gould, William Blackstone and George Nares, H M Justices between Mary Baker, widow plaintiff and Thomas Higgins and Ann, his wife of a moiety of two messuages in Buckingham, a moiety of 2 messuages, 2 cottages, 4 gardens, 4 orchards, 30 acres of land, 10 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture and 5 acres of wood with appurtenances in Alveston. Attested the 29th. April 1789 by John G. Smith and Richard Knibb clerks to William Hunt
