Indentures of Assignment by George Faulkener of Bedford Row, Middlesex, gentleman at the request of Lydia Halford of Alveston, widow and William Stanley of Carthusian Street in the Parish of St. Botolphs London, warehouseman and with the consent of Charles Lamb of Warwick, gentleman, Ann Hall of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow and Thomas Halford of Alderminster, gentleman and on the nomination of Richard Barnes of Old Pasture, Hampton Lucy, farmer to Thomas Bond of Birmingham, butcher of a term of 500 years in hereditaments in Alveston. Similar assignments at the request, by the consent, and in the nomination of the same persons by Henry Robbins of the Asps Tachbrook, gentleman and John Brown of Twycross, Leics., farmer of a term of 1000 years in premises in Alveston also by Henry Wyatt of Swimbridge near Barnastaple Devon, esquire of other terms of 1000 and 500 years in hereditaments in Alveston. Also by the Reverend Charles Davenport Rector of Welford, Glos. and Henry Wyatt of another term of 1000 years in hereditaments in Alveston to Thomas Bond in trust to attend the inheritance of Richard Barnes.
