Lease from the Most Noble Lionel Cranfield Sackvill, Duke of Dorset, to Joseph Woolmer of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman of a messuage with appurtenances in Greenhill Street, Stratford-upon-Avon in the occupation of Robert Cooper for a term of 60 years then following at a yearly rent of 5/- and Suit of Court to the Manor of Stratford-upon-Avon. The consideration for the granting of that Lease being the surrender of a former Lease by Joseph Woolmer to the said Duke and also a covenant by Joseph Woolmer to rebuild the said messuage.
