Lease by the Right Honorable Lord Brook of Beauchamps Court, Warwickshire to William Lea of Alcester, innkeeper of a messuage with appurtenances in Alcester called the Angell, having a messuage there in the occupation of the said William Lea called the Red Lyon on the South and another messuage in the occupation of Henry Chamberlain on the North, also 2 acres and a half of meadow formerly demised with the said messuage lying in the Middle Common Meadow in Alcester whereof one acre was called Pilse Acre, for a term of 21 years at a yearly rent of £13-12-0.
