Declaration by Colles Smart (daughter of David Hughes, late of Castlett, co. Glos., gent.), wife of William Smart of Winchcombe, co. Glos., M.D., that her third share of property in Fulbrook, co. Oxon., (to which she was entitled under the will of her father, dated 7th May 1729) shall pass to the use of Mary Freeman, wife of Thomas Freeman of Laberton, co. Glos., gent.; reciting a settlement of 8th February 1754 concerning the division of the whole property between Colles Smart and her two sisters, Eleaanor wife of John Vernon of Gloucester, gent., and Emlin wife of John Holland of Mickleton, co. Glos., gent.
