Description

Probate of the will of Edward Townsend Higgins of Bridgetown, in Alveston, gent., (proved 26th March 1812) listing land in Bordesley and Yardley, tenements in Edgbaston Street, Birmingham, houses and lands in Tiddington and Alveston purchased of Thomas Hinde, a house and lands in Clifford Chambers purchased of Thomas Spiers, closes in Old Stratford purchased of Coterell Corbet, two messuages in Tiddington purchased of William Smith, and lands at Burmington and Willington purchased of Thomas Lambert Snow; and naming as beneficiaries his wife Mary and eldest son, Edward Townsend Higgins. Appointment of his brother, John Higgins, as one of the trustees. With codicil, 3rd June 1809.
