Copy of the Settlement made previous to the marriage of Robert Pigott the younger of Shrewsbury (eldest son and heir at law of Robert Pigott the elder of Chetwynd, Salop, esquire) and Ann Peers of Shrewsbury, spinster; whereby hereditaments in the Counties of Salop, Montgomery, Huntingdon and Cambridge and also the Manor of Radbourn and a messuage and farm in Radbourn in the County of Warwick were settled upon the trusts of the Marriage Settlement.
