Attested Copy of an Assignment by John Russell of Woolston, farmer, Harriet Allen of Warwick, widow and Richard Bevan of the same place, painter to Maria, Caroline and Charlotte Parker, spinsters of Quinton, of one ninth part in the Leasehold premises in Quinton bequeathed by the Will of Joseph Parker in trust for his daughter, Harriet Allen for life with remainder to her child or children (see ER3/3229) which was mortgaged to Catherine Eaton by ER3/3229 and which mortgage was assigned to John Russell by ER3/3230 in consideration of £150 paid to John Russell in satisfaction of the said Mortgage and in consideration of £220 paid to Harriet Allen and Richard Bevan.
