Description

Probate of the Will of Joseph Parker of Quinton, farmer, deceased, whereby he devised to his brother-in-law Richard Sanders, and Joseph Sanders, both of Warwick, timber merchants, his leasehold premises at Quinton and also his freehold premises in Warwick and Leamington and all other his personal Estate upon trust to sell the said leasehold and freehold property and personal Estate and to satisfy thereout the debts etc. of him the said Testator and to divide the surplus as follows :- one sixth share to each of his children, John Parker, Maria Parker, Caroline Parker, Charlotte Parker, Jane Parker and one third of a sixth share to each of the said five children and the remaining two thirds of the other sixth part to the said John, Maria, Caroline, Charlotte and Jane upon Trust for Harriet Allen, wife of Thomas Allen for her life and thereafter to her children, and appointed the said Richard and Joseph Sanders and Maria and Caroline Parker executors and executrices of his Will. Witnesses: D. W. Burbury, attorney, Warwick, John Lampray and John Smith, his Clerks. Proved at Canterbury the 15th September 1829 by Maria and Caroline Parker. Seal of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury.
