Grant by John Sabin of Kilsby, Northants., yeoman, grandson of Richard Hancox late of Woolston, yeoman deceased to Henry Over Bushell of Woolston, labourer and John Onely of Rugby, blacksmith (a Trustee for the said Henry Over Bushell) of a close called Wessam Close containing between two and three acres in Ryton upon Dunsmore with appurtenances in consideration of £80 paid by Henry Over Bushell.
