Description

Conveyance by Joseph Eborall of Warwick, gentleman to John Mordaunt of Walton, esquire and Sir William Bagot of Blithfield, Staffs., baronet (surviving guardians of the infant children of William Throckmorton Bromley late of Bagington, esquire deceased by Bridget, his wife) of a barn, stable and closes called Church Field, Broomfield (then divided into two closes), Barley Field, Water Fall, First Drapers Field, Second Drapers Field, Long Meadow and Lowsy Meadow the whole containing 45 acres and which closes abut on the Glebe Land and Rectory House of Haseley on the South, on the Falcon Inn on the West, Long Lane on the North and Haseley Glebe Land and the lane from Haseley Church to the Mill on the East and which premises were situate in the Parish of Haseley subject to the payment of £1000 to the Executors of Edward Hooper, to the uses prescribed by an Act of Parliament for the sale of timber growing upon part of William Bromley's Settled Estates.
