Conveyance by Thomas Taylor Allen, Stratford-upon-Avon, architect and surveyor, Thomas Edwards the younger, Stratford-upon-Avon, cordwainer (devisees in trust for sale under the will of Elizabeth Marshall, widow, deceased) and William Gladstone Lyne, Stratford-upon-Avon, merchant's clerk as agent for the purchasers, to Elizabeth Prickett, spinster and Mary Ann Taylor, widow, both of Alveston, for £440, of a parcel of land on the north side of Mansell Street, together with two messuages lately erected on part of the same by Elizabeth Marshall.
