Conveyance by William Mansell, Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, to Elizabeth Marshall, Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, for £112 10s 6d, of a piece of land in the borough of Stratford-upon-Avon, bounded on the south by a newly laid out street called Mansell Street, and having a frontage of 47 feet 2 inches to the street, on the north by land of Mrs Porter, with a frontage of the same width, and in depth 171 feet, bounded west by land of William Mansell and east by messuage and land of William Mansell. Covenant by Mansell to produce title deeds named in schedule, viz: Lease and release, 28 and 29 May 1834 between Thomas Williams(1),Charles Clement (2), Thomas Ashwin (3), Elizabeth Wylie (4), Rev. Robert Otway Wilson, Rev. Samuel Ellis Garrard, Rev.
