Draft Copy Conveyance by Joseph Holtom of Stratford-upon-Avon, builder and timber merchant of the first part, William Lee of Tiddington in the Parish of Alveston, yeoman of the second part and Manley Cormell Ashwin of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman of the third part, of a plot of land with a newly erected messuage with appurtenances thereon bounded on the South by the Stratford to Wellesbourne Road.
