Draft Lease by Caroline Webb of Brownsend, Glos., widow, Thomas Henry Davis of Orleton, Worcs., land agent and Benjamin Giles of Hope Court, Shropshire, gentleman to Sir Robert North Collie Hamilton of Tiddington, baronet, of a mansion house with appurtenances called Tiddington House together with 4 acres, 2 roods and 26 perches of pasture and 5a-2r-9p of arable, all which premises were then in the occupation of Fulivar Skipwith, for a term of 14 years from the 25th March 1861.
