Description
Draft Conveyance by Benjamin Townsend of Warwick, schoolmaster to Mark Philips of Snitterfield, esquire, of a messuage then recently rebuilt with an orchard adjacent and garden and appurtenances near to the Parish Church and then in the occupation of John Townsend also four newly erected cottages situate at the bottom of the orchard with gardens etc. (see DR38/ 426 and DR38/427).
