Description
Contract for Sale by William Mills of Loxley, baker to James Cove Jones of the same place, esquire, of a piece of land in Loxley at the rear of certain premises then occupied by the said William Mills, the Vendor undertaking to procure the concurrence of John Hawkins in the Conveyance, the land having been bought of him but no Conveyance to the Vendor having been executed.
