Draft Conveyance by Thomas Edwards of Stratford-upon-Avon, accountant (Mortgagee of the premises thereinafter conveyed) with the consent of Elizabeth Taylor, widow of James Taylor deceased (Mortgagor of the premises thereinafter conveyed), Stephen Scarlett of Wolverton, farm bailiff and Miriam his wife (which Miriam was sister and heiress at law of the said James Taylor deceased) to Thomas Nutt of Loxley, innkeeper, of the premises referred to in ER3/3925, except the piece of land containing 80 square yards.
