Draft Conveyance by Thomas Palmer of Wellesbourne Mountford, gardener, James Tibbits theretofore of Warwick but then of Birkenhead, gentleman and Anne Pearke of Handsworth, Staffs., widow (Mortgagees) together with Frederick Whitmore of Birmingham, esquire and William Scrubey the younger of Snitterfield, carpenter (Consignees in Bankruptcy of the said Thomas Palmer) to William Scrubey the elder of Snitterfield, yeoman, of the premises referred to in ER3/3926.
