Draft Conveyance by Sir Charles Mordaunt of Walton House, baronet to Henry Bird of the same place, house steward to the said Sir Charles, of a messuage with appurtenances in Wellesbourne Hastings adjoining the Turnpike Road from Wellesbourne Hastings to Kineton theretofore used as a toll house called the Wellesbourne Toll Gate together with a piece of land belonging thereto.
