Description

Draft Conveyance by Richard Cookes of Snitterfield, gentleman (Mortgagee) with the consent of George Handley of Bidford, wharfinger (Administrator of the Will of Thomas Handley the younger deceased annexed) and Ann Handley, widow of the said Thomas Handley deceased, to William Canning of Stratford-upon-Avon, draper, of a newly erected messuage or public house known as the Mason's Arms with appurtenances together with 17 1/2 acres of land situate in a place called Crannell [Cranhill] in the Parish of Grafton, also three cottages with appurtenances adjoining the last mentioned premises.
