Abstract of an Indentures of Indemnity by Sir Gray Skipwith of Newbold Hall in the Hamlet of Newbold Revell in the Parish of Monks Kirby, baronet and Thomas George Skipwith of the same place, esquire (eldest son of the said Sir Gray Skipwith) to Edmund Wells Oldaker of Pershore, gentleman against a perpetual rent charge of £150 issuing, inter alia, out of hereditaments in Bidford, Broom and Grafton then lately contracted to be sold by the said Sir Gray Skipwith and his son to the said Edmund Wells Oldaker.
