Draft Settlement made previous to the Marriage of Henry Whittington of Wootton Wawen and Mary Ann Lowe of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinster whereby the said Mary Ann Lowe assigned to William Baldwin of Weston upon Avon, gentleman and John Baldwin of Luddington, gentleman the sum of £2000 (being part of the residue of the proceeds of sale of a messuage in Henley-in-Arden and other property devised and bequeathed to Trustees by the Will of Thomas Lowe deceased) upon the Trusts of the Settlement.
