Draft Conveyance by Joseph Slater of Snitterfield, farmer to Robert Needham Philips of Welcombe, esquire, of a piece of land bounded on the North West by the Village Green, on the South East by the Brook and on the South West by other property of the said Robert Needham Philips together with a messuage thereon in the occupation of William Goode (see ER3/3905), also a piece of land in the village with two cottages thereon in the occupation of Mary Manton and Thomas Tallis, also a cottage in The Green situate near the Brook then in the occupation of Joseph Slater (see DR38/571).
