Draft Conveyance by Samuel Burbury of Warwick, gentleman to the Reverend Francis Ellis Jervoise of Lasham Rectory, Hampshire, of a piece of land in Newbold Comyn, being part of a close then recently belonging to Edward Willes esquire, called Great Feeding Ground containing 222 square yards bounded on the North and South by other part of the said close, on the East by a street [Rosefield Place] and on the West by Euston Terrace together with a messuage erected on the said piece of land known as No 7 Euston Place together with a right of way over a road called Hamilton Crescent.
