Draft Conveyance by Henry Bursell of Kenilworth, hotel keeper and William Hiorns of Church Honeybourne, farmer (Executors of the Will of John Bursell deceased) to David Hedges of Birmingham, pork butcher, of the undivided moiety of the said John Bursell deceased in a piece of land fronting to a street called Station Road containing 5218 square yards and in another strip of land on the North side of Station Road containing 918 square yards.
