Draft Reconveyance by John Margetts of Warwick, auctioneer to Richard Marshall Ivens of the same place, auctioneer, of a messuage with appurtenances called The Bowling Green Inn together with the bowling green adjoining thereto, also a cottage with appurtenances occupied with and adjoining to the said Inn in a street called Cocksparrow Hall [Bowling Green Street], discharged from a mortgage.
