Copy Conveyance by Henry Bursell of Kenilworth, innkeeper and John Bursell of Welford near Bidford in the County of Warwick, farmer to Ann Hopkins of Kenilworth, spinster, of a piece of land on the North side of the road [Station Road] leading from the Town Street of Kenilworth to the Railway Station containing 303 square yards delineated on a plan thereto, which piece of land was theretofore part of a close behind and near to the Kings Arms and occupied therewith.
