Description

Draft Conveyance by Henry Bursell of Kenilworth, farmer and his Mortgagee; and by the said Henry Bursell and William Hiorns of Church Honeybourne, farmer (Executors of the Will of John Bursell deceased) and the Mortgagee of the said John Bursell deceased to Harriet Hamilton of Kenilworth, widow, of the two undivided moieties of the said Henry Bursell and John Bursell deceased in a piece of land on the South side of a road [Station Road] leading from the Town Street to the Railway Station containing 2131 square yards, which piece of land was theretofore part of a close lying behind or near the Kings Arms Inn called Little Broad Meadow, also a piece of land on the North side of the said road containing 1283 square yards which was also theretofore part of the said close called Little Broad Meadow, all which hereditaments were the inheritance of Henry Bursell deceased, father of the said Henry Bursell and John Bursell deceased.
