Description

Transfer by William Bromley of Pebworth, innkeeper, with the consent of Joseph Pardoe of the same place, innkeeper and John Pardoe of Stratford-upon-Avon, labourer (Mortgagors of the premises) to Thomas Reeve Hobbins of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman and William Hutchings of the same place, auctioneer, of a Mortgage in a messuage with appurtenances called the Red Lion together with a little close adjoining, and also a further charge of the premises by the Mortgagors (i.e. Joseph and John Pardoe) to the said Thomas Reeve Hobbins and William Hutchings.
