Draft Conveyance by William Roberts of Quinton, Glos., farmer to Fisher Tomes of Stratford-upon-Avon, esquire, of a messuage situate near the Church with garden and appurtenances and a newly erected building then used as a dairy to the said messuage, and also a piece of land containing one rood theretofore inclosed from the Waste, situate near to the said messuage and then used as a garden.
